Willowbank Holiday Park – Terms and Conditions
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you review the following terms and conditions.
Booking Confirmation
Once your booking and payment are received, we’ll send you a confirmation receipt. Please bring this with you to check-in.
Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred at the park’s discretion.
All balances must be paid seven days before arrival. If not, the booking may be canceled, and any payments made will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as clear as possible about our policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival: A refund will be provided, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: No refunds will be issued.
Refunds cannot be provided for the following reasons:
Poor weather conditions.
Cancellation or disruption of public events in the local area.
Circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather, or acts of government.
We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your plans.
Changes to Your Booking
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as adjusting the duration or accommodation type, let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though changes are subject to availability.
If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or accidents) prevent your arrival, we’ll work with you to find a solution, though refunds or transfers cannot be guaranteed.Failure to arrive without notifying us will result in the forfeiture of your booking and any payments made.
Unexpected Changes or Cancellations
While we aim to provide everything as advertised, unforeseen issues may arise. If we need to make significant changes to your booking or cancel it altogether, we will:
Inform you as soon as possible.
Offer you one of the following options:
Accept alternative arrangements.
Choose another available stay at the advertised price.
Cancel your booking for a full refund.

Willowbank Holiday Park is a family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to decline or terminate bookings where the behavior of guests disrupts the comfort of others. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties of single individuals.
Children
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. Please ensure they are adequately supervised throughout your stay.
Park Rules
The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of their group.
Guests are required to familiarise themselves with and follow the park’s rules, which are available upon arrival.
Failure to comply with the rules or provide accurate information at booking may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to park property, facilities, or other guests’ belongings during their stay.
Willowbank Holiday Park is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles. Guests should ensure their belongings are secure and insured.Any vandalism or damage to the park may result in eviction and possible prosecution.
Data Protection
Your personal information is collected to process your booking and ensure a smooth experience.
Occasionally, we may send you updates about our park, offers, or other information we think you’ll enjoy. If you’d prefer not to receive these communications, please let us know.
Your data may be shared with CampStead Ltd for feedback purposes, such as inviting you to review your stay.

Terms & Conditions For stays during 12–19 July 2026 Important Information
● This booking is non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period (see Cancellation Policy below).
● Bookings are non-transferable and resale is strictly prohibited.
● Availability is extremely limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
● Arrival: strictly 1 pm
● Departure: strictly 12 midday
● No late checkouts available Event Periods & Prices
● Grass Hard standing or Gravel Hard standing: £120 per night (minimum 2-night stay)
● Grass Pitches: £110 per night (minimum 2-night stay) Please note: Some Grass hard-standing pitches are located near the Formby bypass and will experience road noise.
Booking Terms
● Maximum one pitch per booking. Multiple bookings under the same name, email, or payment details will be cancelled and refunded to ensure fairness.
● No tents permitted. Only caravans, motorhomes, and campervans are accepted. Awnings and drive-away awnings are allowed.
● No fires, firepits, or open flames permitted. BBQs must be raised off the ground and supervised at all times.
● No groups permitted.
● Resale of pitches is strictly prohibited. Any booking found to have been resold or transferred will be cancelled without refund.
● Moving dates of booking is not permitted ● Cancellations go straight back on the website for rebooking. No cancellation waiting list will be kept. Cancellation Policy
● 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Bookings may be cancelled within 14 days of the original booking date for a full refund, provided the arrival date is more than 30 days away.
● After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be given under any circumstances except where the campsite pitch cannot be provided (e.g. if the park has had to close for some unforeseen reason).
● No refunds for poor weather, event cancellations or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, fire, technical issues, government action).

Welcome to Willowbank Holiday Touring Park
We want you to have a fantastic and relaxing stay with us.
To ensure everyone’s comfort, safety, and enjoyment, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below.
1. Check-In and Check-Out Your pitch will be ready from 1:00 pm on your arrival day. Please vacate by 12:00 noon on your departure day.
2. Children on the Touring Park For safety reasons, children must always be accompanied by an adult while on the touring park.
3. Play Areas We have two play areas for children: one by the main Touring Park entrance and one on the grass hardstanding field. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Dogs are not permitted in play areas.
4. Camping and Structures Tents of any kind are not permitted on site. This includes pup tents, freestanding tents, storage tents, and gazebos. The park is for caravans, campervans, and motorhomes only.
5. Pond Safety Children must be supervised near the pond at all times. Please do not climb the fence or throw items into the water.
6. Ball Games Ball games are not permitted near pitches. A designated football area is available by the playpark on the grass hardstanding field.
7. Barbecues Barbecues are permitted but must be kept off the grass and never left unattended. Please dispose of them responsibly once fully cooled.
8. Open Fires Fires and fire pits are strictly not permitted anywhere on the park.
9. Parking Each pitch allows one vehicle only. There is no space for additional vehicles on pitches at any time. Limited additional parking spaces are available opposite reception, and all visitors must check in at reception for additional parking arrangements.
10. Sub-Letting Pitches and leisure homes must not be sub-let or used by anyone other than the named guests.
11. Guests Attending School or Work Guests are not permitted to travel to and from school or work while staying on the park.
12. Noise Levels and Late Arrivals Please keep noise from TVs, radios, and voices to a minimum, especially after 10:00 pm. If arriving after 8:00 pm, please wait until the following morning to put up awnings.
13. Driving on Site The speed limit is 5 MPH. All vehicles must be roadworthy and meet public road standards. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted. Vehicle repairs require prior permission.
14. Fire Safety Please familiarise yourself with the fire points and the assembly point near the motorhome service point.
15. Emergency Messages Reception can only accept messages in cases of emergency.
16. Prohibited Activities Kites, drones, air guns, catapults, slings, and bows are notpermitted anywhere on site.
17. Dogs and Pets
● A maximum of two dogs per unit is permitted.
● Dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not allowed on site.
● Dogs must be kept on a lead no longer than 1 metre, except in the designated exercise area.
● Please clean up after your pets and use the bins provided.
● Cats are not permitted anywhere on the park.
18. Waste Disposal Please use the designated bin bays for recycling. Black waste(Elsan), grey waste, and general waste disposal points are provided on site.
19. Car Washing Washing of vehicles or leisure homes is not permitted on site.
20. Washing Lines Washing lines are not permitted for safety and appearance reasons.
21. Emergencies In rare circumstances, management may need to move leisure homes without the owner present.
22. Behaviour We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if any member of theirparty behaves unacceptably.
23. Ground Sheets Only breathable ground sheets are permitted. Carpets andplastic sheets are not allowed.
24. Maximum Stay The maximum stay on the Touring Park is 14 days. Bookings cannot be continued or extended under the same name, vehicle, caravan or motorhome, or vehicle registration number.
25. Gas Bottles 47kg gas bottles are not permitted anywhere on the Touring Park.
26. Identification and Address On occasion, we may ask guests to provide proof of identification and/or address. Any guest found to have provided an invalid address on their booking will have their booking cancelled with immediate effect. Accepted forms of ID include valid photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence, and/or a recent utility bill.
27. Commercial Vehicles Commercial vehicles are not permitted on site.
28. Management Decisions Any matters not covered by these guidelines will be dealt with at management’s discretion.

Reception: Open everyday 8.30am until 5pm on arrival and departure days.
Check-in time: From 1pm onwards
Arriving late: When the journey does not go according to plan please let reception know.
Departure time: Before 12 noon
